These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the public voting process (“Voting”) for the Reality TV Competition (“Competition”), produced and organized by Merchant Holdings (Private) Limited (“MHL” or “we”/“us”), under license from the format owner.
By submitting a vote, you (“Voter” or “you”) agree to these Terms and acknowledge that your participation is voluntary and subject to verification.
Voting is conducted through an independent contractor appointed by MHL. MHL has no control or visibility over the individual voting process or the raw voting data. All vote counts, validations, and tabulations performed by the independent contractor shall be final and binding. No correspondence or challenge regarding the results will be entertained.
Voting lines will open on 16th November at 9:00 PM and close on 9th February at 11:59 PM, operating every Sunday and Monday as detailed below.
Voting is open every Sunday from 9:00 PM until Monday at 11:59 PM during the active competition period. Any votes cast before or after the stipulated time will be considered invalid.
Voting is open to residents of Pakistan aged 18 years and above.
Only votes submitted through official and authorized voting platforms during the designated Voting Period will be accepted.
Additionally, voting for the Wild Card Entry will begin on 9th November and remain open until 22nd November 2025.
Votes may be submitted through one or more of the following verified and authorized channels (as applicable for the season):
All voting platforms are connected to a centralized, independently managed backend system to ensure secure data collection, validation, and reporting.
To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all contestants:
Votes exceeding these limits, or detected as fraudulent or automated, may be automatically rejected.
All votes are securely logged into a centralized voting database managed by the independent contractor.
Duplicate votes, automated entries, or submissions suspected of manipulation or fraud may be disqualified without prior notice.
All voting data is subject to independent audit and internal compliance verification.
The final results, as verified by the independent contractor, shall be final and binding on all participants.
By proceeding to vote, each voter provides consent for the collection and processing of limited personal data, including mobile number, timestamp, and vote selection.
This information will be used solely for verification, audit, and reporting of voting results.
No personal data will be used for marketing or shared with third parties, except for verified data processors bound by Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that comply with applicable privacy laws.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill audit and compliance obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.
The voting process will be aligned with the airing schedule of the Competition. Voting may open or close around specific episodes or special announcements as determined by production.
All airing and voting schedules are subject to change based on production, programming, or broadcast requirements. Any updates or modifications will be announced officially on-air and/or through the show’s verified digital platforms.

All results and calculations verified by the independent contractor shall be deemed final. Neither MHL nor its partners will entertain any claims, correspondence, or disputes regarding the voting outcomes.
